About Us
Old Gunz Hobbies is a Veteran owned and operated small business. As a retired Marine Gunnery Sergeant, I needed something to keep me busy once I fully retired. I was forced to fully retire thanks to the Camp LeJeune Toxic Water.
I was stationed on Camp LeJeune from June 1983 to June 1989, then June 1992 to June 1996. I worked on base at Main Side and Courthouse Bay, I also lived on base at the Staff NCO housing in Berkley Mannor so I had plenty of interaction with the toxic water that was in the system at Camp LeJeune. Years later I was diagnosed with a Functional Neurological Disorder, then a Parkinsonism which then progressed to full blown Parkinsons, along with a few other effects from the toxic water.
I started Old Gunz Hobbies with a 3D printer and a little laser machine; now I have many bigger and better machines, and my hobby has become a small business. So much for retirement. I looked around the web for a toxic water shirt or hat, but they were all sold out. I wanted to let people know that I too am a Toxic Water Victim, so I designed and produced Toxic Water items to let others that we are a victim of this tragic event. I have also started printing T-Shirts with the Toxic logo and many other logos not related to the toxic water at Camp LeJeune.
We are thrilled that you took time to stop by the Old Gunz Hobbies website to see what you might like to purchase for yourself or a loved one. Semper Fi.
